Our editorial focus is practical value. We explain how to test a reference price, evaluate refurbished products, compare delivered cost, and review the downside before checkout. Retailer copy may describe a product; PriceGleam's job is to explain the buying decision.

During the beta, featured deals are curated from current retailer listings and checked before publication. Approved retailer data connections will improve refresh speed and breadth without changing the standards used to judge an offer.

Affiliate relationships help fund the service, but they do not increase a deal score. We favor clarity over urgency and always ask shoppers to confirm the final price and terms with the retailer.
